Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Statspresso, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Statspresso provides an AI-powered analytics platform that connects to your data sources and provides insights, dashboards, and conversational data querying.

Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual billing is discounted 15% versus monthly billing. You may cancel at any time; your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Statspresso to violate any law, infringe on others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Data & Third-Party Connections

You are responsible for having the right to connect any third-party data source you authorize. We process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Limitation of Liability

Statspresso is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
